Enhanced CD Help
I can't see the enhanced part of the CD in my computer at all.
It may be that you have a really old computer/CD-ROM drive which pre-dates Enhanced CD technology. More likely is that part of your disc is scratched or damaged. If you purchased a disc and you think it is faulty, first check it in someone else's computer, and if still no luck, contact us for more advice.
Score problems - Acrobat
I can open the file, but on my screen but all the music notes look wrong.
Make sure you are using the latest version of Acrobat Reader, or the one which came supplied on the disc. If you have an older version already installed on your computer, you should upgrade it.
The music looks fine on my screen, but when I print, the notes and/or staves are not there or incorrect.
- Make sure you are using the latest version of Acrobat Reader, or the one which came supplied on the disc.
- Check your printer settings. Some printers have the option of printing as an image rather than as fonts - printing as an image can often fix this problem.
- Unfortunately, in a small number of cases, some printers just don't like the combination of Acrobat and the fonts we have used. The best thing to do is to ask a friend to print the music from their computer.
