Delivery Policy

Digital orders are delivered directly to your email inbox as an instant download. Please check your junk mail before making contact about missing download links. 

We aim to process and send out orders or physical products in less than 2 working days. If there is any issue with your order being sent, ie. it being out of stock, etc. we will contact you by email to let you know of the delay and offer you the choice of a refund or back order. In most cases we send out orders via Australia Post (Australia), 1st Class Royal Mail (UK) and/or International Air Mail.

Returns/Refunds/Cancellation Policy

Guarantee

We hope that you will be happy with our resources when you receive them.

If not, you are welcome to return any physical products in the same condition as you received them. This guarantee is in addition to any statutory warranties and common law rights you may have as a consumer.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a refund on physical products returned within 30 days of you receiving them. You will receive a full refund less cost of postage and a $10 AUD handling fee. Please contact us if you wish to initiate a return. 

Please note, we do not accept returns of CDs or DVDs that have been opened and played (unless they are faulty).

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on digital orders (unless they are faulty or you have received the incorrect product). Please choose carefully before purchasing an instant download. 

Damaged Goods & Postage Delays

Our physical products are sent out by post, and, despite our best efforts to package them well, very occasionally they can be damaged in transit. If this happens to your order, please let us know and we will be happy to send you replacements for any damaged items. 

Occasionally there is a delay in delivery. If you are concerned that your order has not arrived, we suggest you contact us asap via email so we can double check that your order was processed and sent. If it appears to have been lost in the mail we will check the delivery details with you and then send the order again at our expense.
